All products offered by RÊVE UNIQUE are handmade and produced individually.

Orders are made specifically for each customer after payment is completed. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

Due to the nature of handmade furniture, small variations in wood texture, resin patterns, color and natural materials may occur. These differences are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

In the rare case that a product arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will review the situation and offer a solution if necessary.
